The following procedures are recommended as the optimal approach:
1. The Seller issues a Full Corporate Offer in the name of the Buyer. The buyer approves the FCO.
3. The seller issues the draft contract text to the buyer and both parties resolve any outstanding issues through friendly communication.
4. The buyer and seller sign the draft contract and exchange signed contracts via email.
5. The seller prepares the goods for shipment within the agreed timeframe following confirmation of prepayment.
6. The seller initiates the shipping arrangements and provides the following shipping documents to be forwarded to the buyer.
